Our Pegasus semi-custom blades are built of military spec 9046J aerospace quality 6-4 titanium alloy and are currently only available in sizes 9" through 12". Rocker radius is 7.77 feet unless you specify otherwise (you may choose any rocker radius between 6.5' and 8.5' for an additional charge) and blade width is .145 inches. The inner surfaces of the blade (the parts of the blade not touching the ice) are chamfered to provide a smoother surface to hold onto when desired. Blades are hard chrome plated. All blades are marked with a serial number and are built in matched pairs. Each pair of blades are made together to ensure all dimensions match perfectly. The size range will expand as we ramp up our production capabilities. All blades are designed and manufactured entirely within the United States. They are cut to exacting precision by computer controlled laser cutting machines in high-tech Orange County, California. They are hand assembled, welded, and finished in the United States by a Master Tool and Die Maker to ensure maximum quality and adherence to specifications.

Your cost for the blades is $1,200-1,500 US Dollars depending on size and any special modifications that you may request. The price includes California sales tax and FedEx two-day shipping charges within the continental United States. Shipping charges outside the continental United States will be billed at cost. All blades are warranted for any defects within two years of purchase. Structural integrity is warranted for the lifetime of the original owner. Structural integrity applies to all welds and the physical integrity of the blade. What this means is that we guarantee that the blade will not break during the lifetime of the owner. If it does, we will replace the blade free of charge.

At this point we are in a limited production mode and can only accept ten blade orders per month. Once all ten slots are filled in a given month we will require a deposit of $500 US Dollars which must be received within one week of you being notified that the slots are filled. If we fail to receive your deposit within the required time-frame we may bump you from the slot and give your slot position to another customer on the waiting list. We will deliver your blades within two to three weeks of receiving your deposit. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
